I would give 10 stars if I could! Alette has been nothing short of amazing. The whole process was quick and streamlined and Alette made sure I was informed through each step. The viewing was booked immediately, no need to chase with endless phone calls as opposed to other agencies I had to deal with. Application form was immediately sent to the landlord and I was lucky to receive a positive response the following working day! Everything else is done online. The systems Turner use are user friendly and cover everything a tenant may need to know or do. The cherry on top - when I went to pick up the keys from the office Alette had a goodie pack ready and a lovely card for me and my dog. The little details that make the difference! On top of that I was lucky to find some lovely landlords who made sure I had some presents in the flat when I arrived. Honestly, I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service!

Zac and the team are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Over the past 12+ years I’ve used them for purchases, sales and lettings and even when difficulties have arisen (which does happen) the team have always been fair and reasonable to all involved. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Turners to others. Stu

I recently had the pleasure of working with Turner, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the initial consultation to finding the perfect rental property, their team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my needs. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their property manager, Alette, to anyone in need of top-notch letting services!

I'd put Turner Sales & Lettings as the number 1 Estate Agents in Leigh On Sea, approachable and professional, would recommend.
